Facility Owner: GOLFWERKS LLC (DBA SCHOLARS GOLF CLUB)

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

By booking a simulator bay, purchasing a membership, or entering the premises of Scholars Golf Club (the "Facility"), you ("Customer," "Member," or "Guest") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking, Access, and Facility Closures

Reservation Requirement: Access to simulator bays is by advanced reservation only via the online Trackman booking portal.
Right to Close or Cancel: The Facility reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to close the Facility or cancel any existing reservations at any time, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, private facility rentals, space buyouts, scheduled or emergency renovations, equipment maintenance, or severe weather.
Remedy for Closure: In the event that the Facility cancels a reservation due to a facility closure, the Facility’s sole liability will be to issue a booking credit or a prorated refund for the affected time slot. The Facility is not liable for any secondary costs or inconveniences incurred.

2. Strict Alcohol and Substance Prohibition

Alcohol Prohibition: The introduction, possession, or consumption of alcohol anywhere inside the Facility or on its immediate exterior premises (including walkways and entryways) is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement: Any individual found possessing or consuming alcohol will be immediately removed from the premises without a refund, their current booking will be forfeited, and their membership or booking privileges may be permanently revoked at the sole discretion of management.
Illegal Substances: Illegal drugs and vaping/smoking inside the building are strictly prohibited.

3. Equipment, and Property Rules

Trackman Systems: Customers are responsible for using the Trackman radar units, projectors, and flexcage enclosures safely and as instructed. Any intentional misuse, reckless behavior, or damage to the simulators, TVs, or computing equipment will be billed directly to the credit card on file for the booking party.
Footwear and Dress Code: Clean, non-marking athletic shoes or soft-spiked golf shoes are required. Muddy, dirty, or metal-spiked footwear is strictly forbidden to protect the turf and flooring.
Golf Balls and Clubs: Only clean golf clubs and clean, unmarked golf balls (provided by the facility or approved by management) may be hit into the screens. Marked or dirty balls permanently ruin the impact projection screens.

4. Safety, Surveillance, and Liability Waiver

Active Surveillance: For the safety of our guests and the security of the unstaffed/automated components of the Facility, the premises are under 24/7 video and audio surveillance. By entering, you consent to this monitoring.
Assumption of Risk: Golf involves inherently high-velocity objects. You agree that entering the Facility and swinging golf clubs involves risks of personal injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
Release of Liability: You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Golfwerks LLC, its members, managers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from your use of the Facility.

5. Termination of Privileges

Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or terminate the account/membership of any individual who violates these terms, exhibits disruptive behavior, or compromises the safety and quality image of the Facility.
